Five players from Sabah FC have been called up to represent their respective national teams.
It’s worth noting that Xəyal Əliyev and Rəhman Daşdəmirov have been called up to the senior national team for the first time!
Azerbaijan will play friendly matches on March 22nd against Haiti in Sumqayit at the Mehdi Huseynzadeh City Stadium, and on March 25th against Belarus at the Bank Respublika Arena.
The Kazakhstan national team will face Wales on March 22nd and Liechtenstein on March 25th in the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
Meanwhile, Luxembourg will play Sweden on March 22nd and Switzerland on March 25th in their friendly matches.
