SABAH
A new appointment has taken place at “Sabah” Football Academy. Georgian specialist Giorgi Minaashvili has been appointed as the coordinator of our academy.
The UEFA Pro license holder has built his career by working as: Coach of the first team, head coach and coordinator of the academy at Georgia’s Lokomotiv (2015–2017, 2022–2025), Head coach of academy teams at Dinamo Tbilisi (2012–2015), Coordinator at China’s Dalian I-Star Academy (2017–2021), Head coach of the first team at England’s London Tigers (2010–2012), Coach of the U-15 and U-18 teams at Crystal Palace (2007–2010).
The 43-year-old specialist has signed a 1+2 year contract.
It should be noted that the previous coordinator of our football academy, Adino Mustedanaqić, is currently the head coach of “Sabah”’s reserve and U-19 teams.
